Party: A person or organization identified as a participant in the proposed agreement.
Scope: The description of what the document or agreed work includes and excludes.
Clause: An individual provision within a contract or other structured document.
Annex: Supporting material identified and referenced alongside the main document.
Version: An identifiable state of a document at a particular stage of drafting or use.
